All these add into a pot with boiling water/beef broth. Use hand mixer and blend.

problem is the king oyster mushrooms i've seen in supermarkets are from china.

 

i like almost all mushrooms except the ones with a very soft cap, can't remember the name, the cheap ones.

In ntuc finest today. The king oyster mushroom from Korea. But it's not the usual brand I see.

Yup, cook them with the Samsany spicy instant noodle. That was a couple of months back. Still haven't die yet.
