I read the article says that of those 16 cases, 15 were found discrepancies between submitted and actual information ... thus the poly had to withdraw the acceptance. This is a fault of not verifying beforehand but they probably working under time pressure. It's also the applicants partly at fault for submitting the info.

So now RP push the blame to the applicants for submitting wrong details?

RP added that it "also discovered some discrepancies in the submitted and actual examination or CCA grades of 15 other students during verification checks before the semester started".

 

in this day and age where everything government related from CPF to LTA is linked.....I wonder why the poly do not have all the examination and CCA grades in their computer already.

almost all of them score above 25 in O level but was accepted where cut off point is lower, hence they were all surprise for been accepted.

 

Sounds like strike toto then realise the paper printed the wrong number.
