Take a look at the Little India riots...shows a broken chain of command Plus our good friend Trumpy only so recently managed to antagonise the whole Muslim world (and ISIS) by relocating their Israeli embassy and breaking up the Iran nuclea deal.. There will be lots of hounds after his blood....and what better opportunity on foreign soil surrounded by Islamic militants than on conti US..
