My first impression when I saw SFA, LTA is going to recycle VRN from the series hah?

 

OK, from business owner perspective, the re-org does make things easier per say, and make more sense, especially on traceability during a food-borne disease outbreak.

 

But it may create a new grey area, as in how to define non-food plant and animal. Say that I bring it a new species of plant, have it cleared by NPark, and after sometime, I decided to use part from the plant for food (e.g. leaves or flower for salad), do I need approval from SFA?
