why you add sauce for a good meat? :o

last night I pan grilled 2 pieces of sirloin and 2 pieces of ribeye, only himalaya salt and grounded black pepper, good enough. Even when my wife asked the kids they need any sauce, they all scream no.....

any side dish just eat separately.

Exactly the same way I cook (pan fried or grilled) this steak at home.

That's the way to taste the sweetness of the good meat.

That sauce is just an enhancement, else too dry.

I still pan fried the steak only.

Anyway, I have added much less sauce compared to last year. Learnt some lessons.

Even the side dish is reducing.

Good steak if not over cook should not be dry.

yup, if worry about dry for well done meat, can always add butter and garlic toward the end to rinse the meat.

Those I cooked are not those premium cuts $60 a piece but those leftover cut that's about $13 a piece.

The lunch steak was a bit overcooked actually. The dinner one was better with an even crust on the outside.

This one is very good indeed.

Parking is troublesome though. Was there last month about 1130, the person who shared table took longer to Q than my tim sum lunch.
