I heard the fallout was because the grab founder agreed not to enter indo market which he then did causing the conflict. My indo friend tell me one bah so not sure on accuracy.

LCR is still suffering a big loss since Uber exit.

Would these rental companies wanted to end up like LCR? It would be better if these companies use their existing fleet.

Also factor in new PHV drivers are more regulated now.

Go-Jek can buy over the 10,000 Uber cars from Lion Leasing which have be inactive for the past year...

Coming in October also useless, the drivers will not increase, taxi driver won't swap, grab driver maybe some will swap. Haven't get PDVL one can't drive. Cars is more than drivers.

The PHV market is quite saturated. Hence, car rental companies should be wary of adding new cars in their fleet.

 

There is a good chance that they buy some of Ubers's LCR cars that are idling at the warehouse at a good discount though.

It seems like no one interested in LCR cars that are idling at the warehouse for very long liao? Whether they are from commercial or personal buyers. I also wonder what is the reason?
