Finally I know why the SG Bonus was issued now, just in time for Singaporean to use the $100 - $300 payout to buy popcorn while enjoying the "show"...

All articles seems to have concluded that the 3 are guilty, from the way the case were being reported. If this is NOT smearing, I don't know what else is... [shakehead]  [furious]  [furious]

Conflict of interest?? Someone should take reference from appointment of AIM for PAP TC's system management and CEO for Temasek in the lawsuit...

Right, we need all town council and government agencies to list out if the Bosses or key man of the companies that is awarded government contract has any relationship with anyone in-charge for full transparency.

Let’s start with $400k consultation fee for building a rubbish storage area!

This is too much, how can give to ”own people “ only.

Well the sheep will always be sheep. News in local papers are always regarded as truths.

Ya Singapore govt treats trash as well as it’s people. Give it a good resting place before it’s due for incineration. Much like a funeral parlour.

...the sky will be bluer, lesser cloud...

We know the purpose of the cloud is to help keep external heat at bay but the sentiment on the ground is to see more blue sky...

But pretty bad timing for our world's 154th to execute their campaign ... when their own juicy scandal just broke out [laugh]

It's a huge distraction. Their reputation already low, can it go even lower? Everyone reading newspapers recently must be thinking what kind of editors do they have if the senior posts behaviour like that?

These are the so-called unpredictable human factors that can pop up and cause embarrassment, a kind of hazard that the organisation should do some risk assessment.

Not again.....always same pattern when GE is near.

Honestly I don't quite care what they do with that one Town Council when there are bigger issues at hand such as rising  cost of living, SMRT issues, high medical cost,  etc.

Why a civil suit? If there are wrong doing, shouldn't the state prosecute the trio?

They want to bankrupt the leadership? Looks like it is a step forward and 3 steps back.

Very rubbish, when wp win the grc. What pap do? Try to make it as difficult for wp as possible. What system took over but wp need to ownself set up the system. Why can't pap just transfer to them so that it will not incur too much additional expenses? These additional expenses end up will pass down to public who foot the bill.

So this shows one thing, they only care for themselves not for the intrest of the people. It's like so wp took over already, so they need to ownself setup system, ours too bad, we will not transfer to them for transition. So selfish thinking.

And the thing is, no one voice this out in parliament to set law to ensure when any of the party that win the seat, those critical system need to pass down accordingly to ensure smooth transition and also to not to incur addition expenses to set up new system (which could easily be transferred over). Well..
