Who do you think is right? 

 

The limousine driver (Kevin) or the passenger (Mr Lee) 

 

seem to me that it is a free limousine service offered by banks (DBS Asia Treasure, OCBC Voyage etc). Honestly, don't understand why is it that the passenger can get so worked up.  [;)]  

 

By the way, the driver got fired by Wolero (I heard).

Of coz kanna fired La.. He should not even take video and post in public and expose in the 1st place. If Mr Lee is rude, can feedback later. Plus there are many ultra rich individuals sees this and who dares to take the free limousine service after that? It will be a bad publicity for dbs too.

Really depends on how long Kevin has been waiting before he starts calling Mr. Lee

 

If Mr. Lee's plane has landed for awhile, and every passenger is coming out of the gate but still no sign of Mr. Lee, then I think there is nothing wrong for Kevin to cal him to see and he is still around.

 

But if Kevin started  calling Mr. lee the moment the plane landed, simply because he got many other people to fetch,  then that's wrong.

Sometimes I am not sure if they are being instructed by their company to video when in dispute with a client,  in case that dispute goes into investigation.

 

But to post it up to social media, that is of course wrong.

I myself am a POSB customer since Primary 1 when my mom open an account and I got the

passbook in school and also an O Chi Bee Chi customer and they never even offer me a free bus 

ride from the airport let alone a car.

 

So Kevin is a driver for a VIP. If you do a pick up at the airport you wait with your little sign until the

customer comes out and you wait no matter how long if the customer delayed by bad weather, long 

custom queue, long baggage delay, takes his time to buy duty free or trying his luck to get the 

stewardess phone number.

 

You wait until the customer comes out and you show your friendliest smile and no sign of frustration

you had to wait so long unless your company calls you and tells you not to pick up.

 

Nowhere is harass your customer calling 3 times and recording your customer. Kevin is rightfully 

sacked. If Kevin not happy he can take it up with MOM but he has such a weak case not much they can do for him.

I forgot to add i also do Mystery Shopper Surveys.

 

I pretend to be a customer and go to your Parlor for a massage.

 

After the massage I will give you a very detailed report and I mean a very detailed report.

 

I am a professional and don't do these 5 minute hit and run surveys.

 

I will stay for the full 2 hours to do the report. How much can you learn in 5 minutes?

 

I always say if you do a 5 minute survey then you are coming to a conclusion too soon.

PS I don't survey gay massage establishments as I don't have a clue what gay customers

 

are looking for. No clue at all.

Actually if the driver apologized and explained why he called him 3 times, Mr Lee may have calmed down and then things may turn out a different way. It's how a person react to things that affect then chain of happenings.
