There's no way to check - but you can assume that the odometer has been wound back.

 

A New Zealand report noted that odometer tampering is basically endemic to cars imported from Singapore (more so than cars from any other nation)

This ruling doesn't really work because the new joiners will just anyhow post replies to 5 yr old threads just to clock posts, creating more spam
