Depend on your buget really.

I think the following are cars with average/above average FC and also powerful:-

1)VW Golf

2)Audi A3

3)Renault Megane Hatch

4)Honda Civic

Think the new FSI model is doing quite well in FC. BTW you also get a peace of mind in using a sturdy car... unlike former Suzuki and the like (and some Hondas)... had an SAF officer who died in one of those Suzuki Swift before... shakehead.gif

well, actually I'm referring to power & FC combi, the Honda Civic will be my choice (for a 1.6L) wink.gifwink.gifwink.gif

Golf & A3 will have to be T/C for me & regards to FC, what FC laugh.giflaugh.giflaugh.gif

Actually the new Golf with the FSi engine should be pretty economical too nod.gifnod.gif

Hope the new civic arrives soon, the present one is getting old

it should be an improvement over the out going one, but on the high end side, still the Vtec rules, even if it's only SOHC nod.gifnod.gifnod.gif

of course lar! but compare to the rest of the current 1.6L engine, the SOHC Vtec is not too bad on the high end sly.gifsly.gifsly.gif
