How does this work? Does it means that we can switch it on when driving up narrow mutli storey carpark and the fornt sensors also helps while negoitating narrow bends? Or only working when the in the reverse "R" gear?

 

Cause, I am looking for something that guides my wife while driving up narrow carpark? Both front & back of car to avoid scratches...

 

Also $200 -15% discount = $170 + installation right? Any better deal or impending promotion?

I have saw a car with this type of sensor b4. Actually no different from normal sensor leh, it only work when in R gear. The LCD display seems useless to me .

Yah, its $170 after discount.

 

If you're on forward gear, the front sensors work.

If you're on reverse gear, the rear sensors work.

Display shows you how far you are from the obstacles (front/rear)

Option to switch off the sensor is available (to avoid nuisance beeps from neighboring vehicles esp motorcycles)

 

Takes 2 1/2 hours to install with 1 year warranty.
