Broquet Fuel Catalyst - anyone installed? feedback?

Was encouraged by Mgr from Stamford Tyres in Loyang to install the Broquet Fuel Catalyst

 

Just want to ask if any bros here have actually installed one such device and any feedback would be appreciated.
