I think he wanted a 4WD car but cannot afford it.....maybe change to 20" will look more like 4WD

You will see it on the rims itself. Don't waste your time. Expensive and very difficult to find. Car so cheap already, why make it expensive to keep? Each 17" tire very expensive.

I like the small gap between the body and tyres. is this small gap cause by the lowering spring he using or also the +45 tires?
