Lamborghini has been seeing great profits with popularity from models like the refreshed Gallardo and its many variants, its latest flagship the "A vent and a door" and increasing demand from upcoming markets like China, Russia, India.

Heck even in our 'puny' sunny tropics, all 60 units allocated to Lamborghini Singapore have already been taken up until the third quarter of 2012.
So what lies ahead for the raging bull? We look into the e-crystal ball and here's our findings.

A topless Aventador, the Aventador Roadster is expected to debut at the Detroit auto show in January, featuring a targa top, that will be easier to use than the Murcielago’s origami soft top.

Interesting rumours are, that a less aggressive Aventador GT concept will be previewed at the Geneva Motor Show, which could feature an extended wheelbase and perhaps rear suicide doors to access the rear jump seats. Though it might only be a concept, production liability will be based on customer's reaction, or perhaps even a one off like the Aventador J.

In 2014, Lamborghini is expected to introduce the hardcore Aventador SV (Superveloce), with up to 770bhp from its 6.5-litre V12.

Sesto Elemento

The production version of the the Gallardo-based Sesto Elemento Concept is expected for 2013, limited to just 20 pieces, all for which have been spoken for. The carbon fibre clad, V10 powered gem completes the century sprint in just 2.5s and maxes out at 352km/h.

The Gallardo might receive a minor face-lift to be unveiled at the Paris auto show, with the replacement of the third-generation model next year. With a possible reveal at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, the Gallardo replacement will share its platform with next generation Audi R8. The R8 might also be powered be a single detuned V10 from, ditching the V8 variant.

The Gallardo will be lighter to boost performance and fuel economy and a Spyder variant will follow a year after. A 590bhp Superleggera model is also expected to arrive before a facelift. An extreme 600+bhp Performante model might also be in the pipeline.

You guys still remember the Urus crossover rite? Its going to be based on the same chassis as the next Audi Q7, Porsche Cayenne, Volkswagen Touareg, and the upcoming Bentley SUV and will be priced below the Gallardo which means most of us still cannot afford one.

It is expected to arrive in 2016 arrival and Lamborghini estimates annual sales of about 3000 vehicles. A hybrid powertrain is possible, but a 600bhp, twin-turbo 4.0-litre V8 would be the volume engine.

So what do you guys think of the rumoured upcoming plans for the raging bull? What is your favorite Lamborghini past, present or well maybe even from the list above?
