It is now very common to have cars that don't require a proper key to lock or unlock the doors and start the engine. While we believe the bulk of us would leave the smart key fob in our pockets, some of us would prefer to throw it inside the armrest, or into the cup holder or another storage place before driving off.
Question for those who leave the key around the car, what would happen if your naughty kid decides to throw your key fob out of the car while you are driving? Will the car shut down by itself once you come to a stop? Or will it start alerting you at once?
