More extreme Ferrari 488 GTB details leaked

Attached Image Details about the more hardcore variant of the Ferrari 488 GTB has surfaced online.

Attached Image Posted on the net by Ferrariphotopage, the internal slides showed that its engine will be based on the 488 Challenge race car and will have at least 700bhp. It is said that the jump in horsepower from the base car will be the highest for a special Ferrari V8 model. The engine will also be 10 percent lighter than the one in the 488 GTB.

Attached Image Other than that, there will be a 20 percent increase in aerodynamic efficiency as compared to the regular mode.

A set of new carbon fiber wheels will be around 40 percent lighter than the standard car's wheels too.

Attached Image Elswhere, an 'extremely direct steering ratio and a new Race gearshift program coupled with a revised Sideslip Managment System will allow the car to clock faster lap times.

It is still unknown what this hardcore version of the 488 GTB will be called.

I wondered if electric cars can move faster than petrol driven cars, of speed is all that matters, why nobody rushing out to buy electric car
