First glimpse of the next Mazda3

By Faiming_low on 13 Oct 2018 in New model

Attached Image Here's how the next Mazda3 might look like - an outline of the production version has surfaced on the internet.

Taking cues from the Kai Concept shown in Tokyo, the car will be using Mazda’s latest SkyActiv-Vehicle Architecture which will provide the car with a better ride as the new platform is significantly stiffer, allowing the suspension to do its work properly.

Attached Image As reported by Carscoops, the new Mazda3 will use a new generation of SkyActiv-X petrol engines that feature Spark Controlled Compression Ignition. A new 2.0-litre engine is rumored to output near 190bhp, easily eclipsing the current 2.0-litre engine that delivers 162bhp. It will also use around 20% less fuel and is 25% cleaner in terms of carbon dioxide emissions.

Since young, Fai Ming has always centered his life around cars. In fact his first word was 'car' and not 'mum' or 'dad'. Aren't kids cute?

Looks more like a faclift than a revamp... front inspire the same interest as it look like the current model whose initial popularity is destroyed by the overload of PHV.

Well we will see tons of this bearing the PHV sticker on the streets very soon.

What a waste of tech. All these high tech engines and drive train are totally wasted and unappreciated when the car is being used as a PHV.

190hp in a Mazda 3... hopefully the added power will make my Grab ride shorter?

Important is the new engine chance a 2L into a higher than 2.5L performance car with a 20% drop in FC. better still if they can drop the CEVS band
