Upcoming BMW M3 to have manual option

Attached Image BMWBlog has reported that the next-generation M3 will get a manual transmission option, in addition to the usual DCT transmission.

As seen on Carscoops, BMW fans will be even more excited hear rumors that the sports sedan will be available in both rear-wheel and all-wheel drive models. Does this mean that the M3 will get the M5's trick xDrive system that allows it to switch between rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive or will it actually be two different variants? Guess we will have to wait and see...

Adding on to the rumor mills, A Touring version of the M3 has also been talked about, allowing BMW to rival the likes of Audi's RS4 and Mercedes-AMG C63 Estate. Again, we will only know if its true as we get closer to its debut...
