Special 'British Green Limited' edition of the Toyota 86 launched

By Faiming_low on 13 Feb 2019 in New model

Attached Image Toyota has announced a new limited edition Toyota 86. Dubbed the ‘British Green Limited’, it is meant for the Japanese market only.

Attached Image Based on the 86 with the High Performance Package, all units of the car will feature the British Green paint job and the exclusive 17-inch bronze alloys. For those who are wondering, the High Performance Package adds Brembo brakes (4 pot front calipers and 2 pot rear calipers), SACHS dampers, a rear spoiler and a large underfloor cover to improve the car's already brilliant handling.

Attached Image Inside, the seats are wrapped in two-tone leather with contrasting orange stitching on its steering wheel, gear lever and handbrake.

Attached Image As expected, there are no horsepower gains for this special edition. Power is still rated at 205bhp and torque at 211Nm thanks to its 2.0-litre naturally-aspirated boxer engine.

Attached Image If you have someone who can help you buy this classy special edition, Toyota will be opening its order books from the end of May with owners expected to get their cars in July.

Since young, Fai Ming has always centered his life around cars. In fact his first word was 'car' and not 'mum' or 'dad'. Aren't kids cute?
