After watching this clip that was spotted on SG Road Vigilante, we can't help but see the importance of being able keep our own temper in control. Losing one's temper is easy and when not kept in check, you might end up doing something you will regret in the future.
Shot on the evening of 26th of September 2020 along Central Blvd, a Honda Accord can be seen in the video cutting in from the left of the camera car at high speed before slamming onto its brakes real hard. The camera car, which itself seems to be going along at quite some speed, could not stop in time and crashed into the Accord as the result.
While no one can confirm the Accord driver's intention, it is almost safe to say that he just wanted to let the camera knock into him by braking hard to a stop for no reason.
As it was a slight bump, no one was hurt. The Accord driver then got out calmly and proceed to take some photos.
So guys, what do you reckon? Is this part of a road rage incident which the camera car's footage did not show? Or is it an insurance scam? Or is it a combination of both? Let us know in the comments below!
Weird things are happening in Yishun again. To be precise, at Blk 509B Yishun Ave 4 on the 20th July.
For no apparent reason, this guy in orange simply falls down on his own as 'invisible forces' make him lose his balance.
Also seen on SG Road Vigilante and circling around in many whatsapp group chat, this is clip is the perfect antidote for a boring and sleepy Monday.
This should be a case of the guy wanting to try out an 'insurance scam' where by the pedestrian attempts to get hit by a moving car before proceeding to get compensation from the driver's insurance company.
Unfortunately for the guy in orange, he looks quite silly 'falling' twice and with the driver's in-car camera showing clearly no signs of impact, his attempt is bound to fail.
Check out what netizens have to say...
Nothing new here. This is just another case of street racers causing trouble to the general road users.
Shared among group chats in Whatsapp is a series of videos that show a Volkswagen Golf GTI mk5 owner being bombarded with hokkien vulgarities. No, we won't be translating what those words mean in case you are wondering...
After some digging, we found out that the GTI driver who was being shouted at, and a Mitsubishi Evo X were zipping left and right through traffic along CTE on 9 Jul 2020 before causing a Toyota Hiace to crash and flip sideways into the bushes at the left side of the highway.
We could see that the GTI sustained some damage to its front left hence the driver stopped. We assumed the Evo X driver did not stop and continued on its way.
This is not the first time the GTI owner has been caught driving recklessly as you can see from the video above by ROADS.sg.
Of course neitzens on facebook are bashing the reckless drivers as we can see from Thelocalsociety's FB page. What are your thoughts on such drivers? Let us know!
A van has been injured in this accident due to a cyclist's silly carelessness.
Jokes aside, this is quite an unfortunate incident whereby a cyclist smashed into the back of a Toyota Hiace van which was stationary along one of Old Airport Road's traffic junction.
The accident happened in the wee hours of the morning, with the cyclist apparently beating a red light at the previous junction as traffic was light. With the need to go as fast possible, he likely chose keep his gaze low on the road to be as aerodynamic as possible without realising that the van that he was about to crash into had actually stopped at the upcoming traffic junction.
Thankfully, the cyclist survived but he sure looked quite messed up. We hope he recovers well!
