When it comes to exotic performance cars, many would not expect a country like Mexico to manufacture such models. But in fact, there is a small company there, that builds sports cars - known as Mastretta Cars.

Currently, the company has only one sports car model which is the MXT (above) and recently, they have unveiled a more hardcore version of the MXT; the MXT-R.

Aesthetically, there are not many differences between the MXT-R and its standard sibling. The MXT-R is fitted with a front splitter, a huge spoiler at the back and aerodynamic side skirts.

The added exterior modifications are hugely inspired by a track-only model, known as the MXR, that the company is scheduled to release at the end of this year,

The MXT-R is powered by a 2.0-litre Ford Ecoboost engine that delivers around 300bhp and the engine is mated to a five speed manual transmission. Although other performance figures were not revealed, the car is said to be able to complete the century sprint in less than 5.5 seconds.

While it's clear tiny houses aren't going to work out here, the concept of 'tiny living' is; not just physically but also mentally. Anyone who has lived enough years lo
