Acura, the luxury division under the Japanese automaker Honda, has released an image of a new concept vehicle prior to the 2013 Shanghai Auto Show. From the image released, the concept vehicle is seemingly a crossover. Acura had mentioned that the concept will debut for the first time in the world at the automotive exhibition that will take place later this month in Shanghai, China. Unfortunately, apart from that and the image, the automaker has yet to reveal any other details, such as engine specifications and interior features.

The concept is likely to create a new market segment, considering Acura has recently launched the 2013 all new RDX and the 2014 MDX. Judging from the tyre sizes in proportion to the car's body in the image, it seems that this new concept vehicle from Acura will be a compact crossover. If so, it'll potentially compete against the BMW X1, the Audi Q3, the Mercedes-Benz GLA-Class, and the Lincoln MKC, the latter two of which are going into production soon.

It seems that Acura won't be the only one previewing a new concept vehicle as Honda will also do the same thing. The model that Honda will likely preview is a redesign of the Honda Odyssey. Yes, although the North American version (redesigned) of the model had just recently been revealed in the 2013 New York Auto Show, Honda has actually been selling the global version since 2008. Therefore, it seems wise for the model to see a redesign of its global version soon.

Foodpanda rider finds two cute sleepyheads on his bike as he gets ready for work

I say, take the day off and let them sleep! As the end of the week creeps around the corner, most of us might lack the motivation to wake up early in the morning and report to work. However, one Foodpanda rider receives a sweet surprise as he gets ready for another day of deliveries. As the rider approaches his motorcycle, he finds two sleepy stray cats using the vehicle as their beds.  Unfazed by the scene, he wakes them up as he tries to turn on the motorcycle. Judging from his actions, it seems that this might be a common occurrence and that these cats are no stranger to the rider. With one cat comfortably splayed out on top of his Foodpanda bag and the other cosied up in a basket, they attempt to return to their beauty sleep. The rider continues to gently shake both animals awake as he needs to get to work immediately. Note: While it might look like it, the rider is not choking the white cat in this portion of the video.  If this isn't the cutest thing you've seen today, then I don't know what is!   Netizens' reactions It's so heart-warming to see this rider being so gentle with the cats. If I was a sleepy cat, I would definitely pick this spot to sleep in too!     ======== Receive a $10 PayNow transfer for every submission we publish on Facebook! Simply WhatsApp us ➡️https://bit.ly/3c6JERA

Empty lots everywhere, but this LalaMove driver decides to hit a parked car while reverse parking

Back to the age-old question - Is it easier to park with or without cars around you?  In the forum discussion above, many said that it is easier to park with cars around you.  Well, I would think otherwise. Watch this clip and find out why: This incident happened at an open-air carpark, located at 877 Tampines Street 84.  What happened? The Lalamove driver, who was driving a Renault SUV, was caught on cam reversing into a PARKED AND STATIONARY Perodua.  Oh wells. I am guessing the Lalamove driver held onto the notion that parking with cars around you will be easier. After realising he hit the Perodua, the Lalamove driver did not bother to even alight and check on the damage to both cars. Instead, he scooted away and parked at a nearby lot.  How did it happen? Honestly, I don't know how an incident like this can even happen. I mean, almost every modern car these days comes equipped with parking sensors and a reverse camera. I am assuming that the Lalamove driver: (1) was using his mobile phone while reversing, or (2) did not bother to check his side mirrors while reversing. It is almost impossible to commit a hit and run in this day and age, especially with every vehicle armed with a dashcam - You will be caught, and the police will find you.  Netizens' comments Maybe HDB has to start installing poles, similar to those in driving schools. What a shame. Same. I was looking intently as he attempted to park the 2nd time.  Exactly my point. Got so many types of cameras - Dashcam, HDB CCTVs, LTA CCTVs and Police surveillance cameras. How to siam all of them? Update: Both parties have privately settled this incident among themselves. --- Thinking of selling your car? sgCarMart Quotz guarantees the highest selling price for your car. WTF Moment: A taxi was spotted driving around the ArtScience Museum

*Disclaimer: The conversation below is satire, written for entertainment purposes only.* Here's how it all went down: What happened? A ComfortDelGro taxi was spotted driving on the pavement in the vicinity of MBS and the ArtScience Museum.  This puzzling incident drew the attention of many onlookers, who were curiously staring at the taxi as he navigated his way around the area. WHUTTTT... Taxi drivers may have developed a notorious reputation for being improper and reckless road users over the years. This incident has just added one more to this list – RIDICULOUS. Seriously though. No matter how bad of a driver one is, how on Earth can someone even end up driving along the pavement outside of a shopping mall/Museum??? Is this a case of GPS misguidance, or did the taxi driver happen to navigate his way up the pavement after getting lost? I guess this incident unveils a flaw in MBS' signage and security framework. Netizens' Comments What a bunch of savage comments, the person filming wasn't spared either.  I LOL-ED at this comment. If you didn't get it, its related to the cycling craze where people started "drawing" animals on Strava (GPS-based Application) as they cycled around Singapore.  Maybe can consider upgrading to the Hyundai Kona Electric SUV – Off-road capability + Reduced carbon emissions.     --- Thinking of selling your car? sgCarMart Quotz guarantees the highest selling price for your car. Watch this intense pursuit between camcar and a Porsche Macan

One would never expect an accident to occur just at the foot of their home. Watch this video to see how the cam car reacts against a hit-and-run driver: What happened? Although the accident location is unknown, the surroundings suggest that the location is situated among several condominiums.  As the cam car was making a right turn into his condominium, a Porsche Macan abruptly cuts the cam car on his right. As a result, the Porsche ended up hitting the side of the cam car.  Fortunately, the impact of the accident was pretty minor since both cars were travelling along a street. Fight Or Flight? Instead of going down to exchange personal information, the driver behind the Porsche Macan decides to escape from the cam car.  The Porsche Macan pushes out all 300-ish ponies from his turbocharged engine, gapping the distance between him and the cam car in an instance.  Shortly after, the cam car commences an intense pursuit after the Porsche and even "bashes" through the security barrier of the Porsche driver's condominium.  Stuck With Nowhere To Escape Honestly, this is the stupidest thing anyone could do -- Performing a hit-and-run and trying to hide inside your own condominium, despite the victim right behind your ass.  The video abruptly ends with the cam car speeding through the condominium's carpark, leaving viewers on a cliffhanger. Needless to say, the Porsche will eventually be caught as there is only 1 entry and exit within the condominium. All it takes is for the cam car to go around the carpark and find a dark coloured, damaged Porsche with the matching number plate mentioned in the video.  Netizens' Comments Damn right it is. At least this involves an exciting chase.  I am also looking for an "official ending". I will update this post if there is any. Lame. See you kena hit-and-run already, will keep quiet or horn all the way lor.      --- Thinking of selling your car? sgCarMart Quotz guarantees the highest selling price for your car.
