The 2013 Forte K3 is powered by a 1.6-litre D-CVVT engine which churns out 130bhp. Mated to a six-speed automatic transmission, the Korean sedan takes 11.6 seconds to hit 100km/h from standstill. The new K3 has grown in size and measures 4,560mm by 1,780mm by 1,435mm (L x W x H).

For the Singapore-bound version, the car is loaded with goodies such as Smart Welcome Lighting System, ventilated driver's seat, powered front seats with memory function for the driver's side and HID projector headlamps with LED daylight running lights.

The five-door version is rumoured to be available locally towards the end of the year.
