Codenamed G11, this is a normal wheelbase 730d that will be one of the first few engine variants you can get your new 7 Series with.

Interestingly, BMW's new 2.0-litre petrol and diesel turbo units might find their way into the car soon. Expect hybrid variants to come too.

Laserlight headlights first seen on the i8, features in this car. Said to be 1,000 times more powerful than LED headlights while consuming around 70 percent less energy, this is likely to be an option on the new 7 Series.

Elsewhere, the car is said to lose as much as 200kg compared to the old car and you can bet that the new car would ride and handle as well as its predecessor.

I discussed the possibility of living in tiny houses in Singapore in an earlier blog post. But as we know, it isn't an option to begin with – no thanks, of course, to our lack of land space.  Someone also pointed out that the idea of tiny houses is "romanticised" – which, I don't deny (but hey, that's why it's a dream). While it's clear tiny houses aren't going to work out here, the concept of 'tiny living' is; not just physically but also mentally. Anyone who has lived enough years lo
