This alleged thief definitely didn't get away with anything, though. Another guy, possibly the owner, put on a camera and got on another motorcycle to track the person down.

In a move that looks straight out of the old motorcycle racing video game Road Rash, the rider gets close enough to the alleged criminal to kick the guy off the bike.
