blogentry-133713-0-99394000-1517474574_thumb.jpgFormula 1 has announced grid girls will become a thing of the past after months of debate. The rule will kick in at 2018's first race of the season which will be held on the 25th of March in Melbourne.

According to the organisation, using grid girls is an outdated tradition designed to objectify women and the group's Managing Director of Commercial Operations, Sean Bratches, said, "Over the last year we have looked at a number of areas which we felt needed updating so as to be more in tune with our vision for this great sport."

Despite having grid girls for decades, Bratches "feel this custom does not resonate with our brand values and clearly is at odds with modern day societal norms."

He ended his statement by saying Formula 1 doesn’t believe the use of the gird girls is "appropriate or relevant" to either the organization or to fans across the world.

Other motorsports series that take place during the Grands Prix weekends will also adhere to this new change.

However, the grid girls were starting to look dated and matured is all I can say at least in Singapore context and won't be missed.

While it's clear tiny houses aren't going to work out here, the concept of 'tiny living' is; not just physically but also mentally. Anyone who has lived enough years lo
