On the topic of modernisation, on-board technology has also been given a boost with Forward Collision Mitigation, Blind Spot Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Ultrasonic Misacceleration Mitigation and the Multi Around Monitor, all included in the truck for the higher end models.

blogentry-133713-0-30549000-1541849386_thumb.jpgDespite using the existing 2.4 litre MIVEC turbodiesel that outputs 179bhp and 430Nm of torque, the Triton has been fitted with larger front discs and calipers, larger rear dampers, and has replaced the current five-speed automatic transmission with a six-speed one, for better acceleration and economy.

  • Is 'tiny living' really irrelevant in Singapore?

    I discussed the possibility of living in tiny houses in Singapore in an earlier blog post.
