If you think our rules in Singapore is too strict, check out U.K's latest ruling where you are not allowed to hang stuff on your rear view mirror.

Yup, according to an article from The Sun, drivers in Britain are supposed to have no obstructions that could affect their field of vision in any way, which in turn could reduce reaction time and in turn cause an accident.

“Windscreens and windows must be kept clean and free from obstructions to vision,” as per the Highway Code.

While the rule includes all religious items, it doesn't technically mean that it is illegal to have anything on your windshield or your rear view mirror. However, if the authorities decide that what you have going on can prevent you from having a clear view of the road, that means an automatic S$176 fine and three penalty points. And if you try to fight the penalty in court, you could be hit with a maximum fine of S$1,760.

Adding on, in the event of an accident, it is also possible damages where your vision was impaired by any object aren’t likely to be covered.

Very, very good rule. No more idiotic "dog's balls" style hanging dice.

Items placed on the dashboard are also a potential danger in event of an accident - they come crashing straight into your face.

The end of CB does not stop PMDs from riding on the road

With the end of the Circuit Breaker measures, more people have resumed working, creating more traffic on our roads. But that has not stop this rider from riding recklessly on his Personal Mobility Device (PMD) in Sembawang. As reported by SG Road Vigilante, the rider can be seen overtaking a car that is moving away from the traffic lights before keeping up to speed with it. In fact, the video which was shot on the 4th of June, showed the rider overtaking a motorcycle in the next lane. Judging from the 20 seconds plus clip, we reckon he could have been doing twice the legal speed limit of PMDs (25km/h). Naturally, netizens were quick to slam him... Should we be tolerating this? Watch the video of the PMD rider here! 101385818_2673239402892083_8980883442018037830_n.mp4

Woman throws rubbish on someone's car, walks away with a IDGAF attitude!?

What would you do if you're heading to your car to find not one but TWO bags of rubbish on the bonnet? Gone viral A recent article on STOMP has gone viral with 126 shares in under 2 hours! Here's the article! Woman caught leaving rubbish on driver's car at Bukit Panjang The article describes how a woman got caught on video tossing trash on to someone else's car at a carpark in Bukit Panjang. The owner was naturally pissed off when she saw rubbish on her car. Video evidence Thankfully, the owner had a dashcam camera that recorded everything. In the video, you can see a Volkswagen Jetta pull up and park beside the "victim's" car. A woman gets out of the Jetta and dumps Trash Bag A. She then disappears out of frame for a pretty long time and suddenly, at about 1.26 into the video, another trash bag, (Trash Bag B) appears next to Trash Bag A. The woman then cooly takes all her barang barang and walks off. No F#$s given. Who should you notify There have been cases like this before. Remember that incident when someone found soiled diapers on their car? The proper authorities to report to would be the NEA. They’ll sort you out and bring the culprit to justice! NEA Hotline: 6225 5632 But, if someone did that to my car…. What the people say Wah, throw at each other okay lah. Don't play with one another car leh!   *Images and screenshots taken from STOMP and STOMP Facebook Page

Is this another case of street racing during CB?

Could this be another case of street racing spotted on our roads during the Circuit Breaker period? Spotted on Reckless Driver SG's facebook page, a video has been posted showing the camera car driving slowly on the middle land before a small group of cars went past it at a higher speed. Yes. this is milder than the incident on the KPE that had the drivers in the video arrested, with only three cars shown in the short 40-plus-second clip. In fact, we reckon the 'tiong chias' were doing approximately 120-140km/h while the camera car was doing 70-80km/h. The cars, likely a Ford Focus, a Honda FD Civic and a Honda Integra were caught on camera at around 11:20pm on the 25th of May heading towards AYE Jurong inside the CTE tunnel. 1.mp4 On another note, we were surprised to find most of the comments attacking the video owner, saying that the camera car was road-hogging. Do you agree? Let us know!

Two jokers trick the internet into thinking their Fiat Doblo did 200km/h

In case you're wondering what a Fiat Doblo looks like. It's a goods vehicle. Why is this information important for this story? Take a look at this latest viral video But, I don’t understand Malay! Don't worry! We translated the whole conversation for you thanks to my malay colleagues!  Sounds similar? I think they made this video in response to another video of two guys doing 180km/hr on the expressway in a Suzuki Swift Sport. We wrote an article about that just yesterday btw (blatant backlinking opportunities should not be wasted). You may click the link below to check the story out. https://www.mycarforum.com/blogs/entry/6008-someone-is-keen-to-show-that-their-swift-sport-can-do-180kmh-on-the-cte/ On top of that, the person who uploaded the video included this in the caption It's a good laugh If you didn't realise, they weren't actually speeding. The speedometer of the vehicle seems to be faulty, and these two funny guys thought that they could have a bit of fun with it. The driver's laughter made me lol more than once. That’s for sure. Don't need call polis please and thank you!
