Bad parking habits can be found in most parts of the world. It is no different in the United States of America and police in Texas found a creative way to call out an offender.

Posted on Facebook by the Southlake Police Department in reference to a Ram truck which parked poorly, one of its officers in its department apparently created a funny note which reads “We noticed you had a little trouble staying in the lines when you parked next to a handicapped space….”

“Maybe if you practice coloring our path and staying in the lines here, it could help you from avoid citations in the future.” An uncolored image of the police department’s shield was also in the note.

While not everyone might find it funny, we thought at least the police there had a decent sense of humor and receiving that message is much better than actually getting a fine.

    BMW Alpina B5: Comfortable Cruiser

Who says performance cars need to come with a sporty ride? Last week we tested the BMW Alpina B5 to see if Alpina's take on the performance saloon is a viable alternative to the BMW M5. So what sets this Alpina apart? Firstly, the interior has received a host of luxurious touches to set it apart from the regular 5-series: The digital dashboard in the B5 has its own Alpina-specific design and colour scheme, for example, while the handcrafted Alpina steering wheel is made of Lavalina leather (the same leather used in Rolls-Royce cars), and features blue/green stitching. But what truly sets this car apart from the rest of the performance saloon pack is what is underneath you: With a suspension designed to deliver comfort and refinement in spades, the Alpina is not just comfortable, but sublimely comfortable. Adding to the comfortable cruise is the fact that the B5 is joyously easy-going to drive, with the lightest of pressure on the accelerator sending the car wafting rapidly down the road. With the abundance of humps and rumble strips on our local roads, would Alpina's take on the performance saloon, with its effortless and classy character, be a better suit for your everyday commute? Dallas Performance can give your Gallardo wings

Dallas Performance, an U.S. tuning company that does lots of madly fast Lamborghini Gallardo and other supercars, has started offering a 2,000whp upgrade packages for owners of the pre-facelift, 2004-2008 Gallardos. With whp giving you a lesser output reading then what manufacturers state, a conversion to bhp means your Gallardo will actually be pushing 2300bhp or more.   While more is usually better, we aren't that sure we can even make use of half its power here. With earlier models outputing 510bhp from its naturally aspirated V10 and the subsequent models (the Superleggra and the LP-560-4) with even more power, they were not exactly slow.   For those who wish to have such power, it is likely to cost you more than S$150k for the upgrade judging from the S$120k you have to spend for its 'weaker' 1,250whp package.
