You would imagine that someone driving a Toyota Alphard would have greater spatial awareness?

We have spotted an inconsiderate driver who spends their weekends with their family on the famous dim sum restaurant, Red Star restaurant at Chin Swee Road.

According to Alex Wong from SG Road Vigilante, a Toyota Alphard was spotted taking two lots in front of the restaurant.

And here are some of the notable comments on Facebook.

Let's be gracious and take this opportunity to remind ourselves not to make the same mistake as this Toyota Alphard owner. I hope everyone manages to find a parking lot that day while enjoying the dim sum at red star restaurant. 🙂

I always drop my passengers who might have difficulty moving around near to the entrance of our destination. So I do not subscribe to the notion that there might be a handicapped pax in the Alphard.

This is really an official article from MCF team?

A new low from porky pig look-alike SPH.

Come on guys, I'm sure you can find better things to write about and get views.

I thought it was just a very shitty article but after your post, I think you are right.

Maybe some form of guerilla marketing.

Hairdressing services are back in operation bro!

Today's post is slightly different from the usual posts as there is nothing lawfully wrong (as far as we know!) about today's subject. Published first on ROADS.sg's facebook page, road user Shah Ismail took a photo of this guy on his electric bike as he was at the junction of Mountbatten Road and Stadium Blvd.  We don't know what to make of this; maybe Monkey God, a legendary character in a popular Chinese novel, hasn't realised that the hairdressing salons are already back in operation? Check out the what others have to say about this peculiar scene.

Fatal accident could spell the end of the discretionary right-turn!

A video showing a white car failing to check for oncoming traffic while doing a right turn has gone viral. Unfortunately, the consequences were unpleasant as a Foodpanda motorcyclist was killed in the process.  The motorcyclist, a 41-year-old deliveryman from Malaysia, was unconscious when help arrived and eventually succumbed to his injuries at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital. He was reported to have been thrown 30 metres due to the impact and suffered brain injuries as a result. According to Stomp, the accident took place at the junction of Toh Guan Road and Boon Lay Way at 7.58pm on the 10th of March. The 36-year old Mercedes-Benz driver has been arrested for dangerous driving causing death. There has been a debate that discretionary right-turn junctions should be abolished as there has been an increase in accidents related to it. Could this signal an end to such junctions?

Park properly otherwise it might bite you back!

This is why we should always park properly. We were alerted to someone's posts on his facebook page, showing a BMW X6 XDrive35i badly parked at Jurong Point Shopping Center. Like what the photos show, the netizen who is presumed to be driving the Toyota Altis that is parked beside, barely had space to squeeze into his lot. The large BMW SUV had kind of edged into the page owner's lot causing him to be quite pissed.  By parking badly, and of course no thanks to the Altis driver, the BMW owner will be having lots of difficulty getting into his car.  So What do you guys think of this? Is it fair to 'punish' the BMW driver who ill-parked? Or do you think the BMW driver had made an honest mistake as it simply wanted to be further away from the lorry beside it?

Crazy accident causes Nissan Qashqai to flip and more

A Nissan qashqai was caught on video going out of control last friday in Bishan. As seen in the low-resolution video, the white SUV crashed through the fence and onto the wrong direction of Bishan Road while doing a flip and more. Thankfully, the lost of control of the car did not cost any lives. According to SG Road Vigilante, The 80-year-old driver and his 74-year-old female passenger were conscious when they were taken to Tan Tock Seng Hospital.   Obviously, there is going to be some negativity once the driver's age has been revealed... Thankfully there are some nice people out there that are more understanding...
