Singapore’s very own version of Street Fighter: Bonus stage level

If you’re familiar with the bonus stages in Street Fighter 2, you’ll remember whacking the crap out of a car to get additional points for a high score.

We have a Singapore version

But unlike Ryu and Ken, this guy uses a motorcycle helmet on a taxi.

Here’s the video. The incident happened at Keat Hong Close, Bukit Batok, Singapore.

And another angle

Why so triggered

Based on the video, it’s unclear why the 90s Ah Beng look alike got so heated up.

He walks around the taxi yelling profanities and smashing his helmet all over even though there was a child on board.

What are the damages?

Broken mirror.

Make that two mirrors

image.png.103dac5164054fea720eca20c7b8b12b.png

Broken rear window. How much force does one need to use to cause this?

image.png.c2aedc63c6f05ca325e89da68280b0ea.png

And of course, multiple dents and knocks all over the taxi.

Police brought in

In the video, a male passenger can be heard talking to the authorities on the phone.

In the caption of the Facebook post on Roads.sg, it states that the Police arrived to ‘handle the situation’.

Foodpanda rider finds two cute sleepyheads on his bike as he gets ready for work

I say, take the day off and let them sleep! As the end of the week creeps around the corner, most of us might lack the motivation to wake up early in the morning and report to work. However, one Foodpanda rider receives a sweet surprise as he gets ready for another day of deliveries. As the rider approaches his motorcycle, he finds two sleepy stray cats using the vehicle as their beds.  Unfazed by the scene, he wakes them up as he tries to turn on the motorcycle. Judging from his actions, it seems that this might be a common occurrence and that these cats are no stranger to the rider. With one cat comfortably splayed out on top of his Foodpanda bag and the other cosied up in a basket, they attempt to return to their beauty sleep. The rider continues to gently shake both animals awake as he needs to get to work immediately. Note: While it might look like it, the rider is not choking the white cat in this portion of the video.  If this isn't the cutest thing you've seen today, then I don't know what is!   Netizens' reactions It's so heart-warming to see this rider being so gentle with the cats. If I was a sleepy cat, I would definitely pick this spot to sleep in too!     ======== Receive a $10 PayNow transfer for every submission we publish on Facebook! Simply WhatsApp us ➡️https://bit.ly/3c6JERA

Stupid or ignorant? Mercedes driver films himself speeding and post it online for the world to see

Not gonna lie; Mercedes does have some sick, sporty-looking instrument clusters in their cars. But don't get me wrong, driving a Mercedes Coupe with a sporty-looking instrument cluster is not equivalent to driving a sports car. Watch this video to find out what I mean by that:  What Happened This 15-second video seemed to be originally posted on the Mercedes driver's Instagram story. In the video, the driver performs a "launch control" upon the traffic light turning green.  With all the fancy instrument clusters of his car, you would assume that he is driving a Mercedes sports car. But here is the anti-climatic part: It took the driver exactly 11 seconds to get from 0-101km/h. (That is equivalent to a Honda Civic's 0-100km/h timing) I mean, a Honda Vezel Hybrid could probably outrun his Mercedes C180 Coupe in a 0 to 100km/h race EFFORTLESSLY. But do you see Honda Vezel drivers taking video of themselves "launching" their cars? NOPE.  Before the video ended, the driver could be seen hitting a speed of 118km/h.  License Kantong Already Let's give him the benefit of the doubt and assume the speed limit of that stretch of road is 70km/h; the driver still exceeded the speed limit by 48km/h. Also, don't forget the driver's usage of his mobile phone to capture this priceless moment.  According to the Road Traffic Act, exceeding the vehicular speed limit by 41 to 50km/h will result in 12 demerit points and prosecution in court.  Furthermore, using a mobile device while driving will result in 12 demerit points and a fine not exceeding $1,000 or imprisonment of up to 6 months or both (1st-time offenders).  Well, that is 24 demerit points and a court date just for that 15-second video. The driver's stupidity is pretty darn amazing.  Netizens' Comments Straight up facts. I doubt he can take corners and use his phone to film simulateneously🤐
Wah, you didn't have to do him dirty like that.     ======== Receive a $10 PayNow transfer for every submission we publish on Facebook! Simply WhatsApp us ➡️ https://bit.ly/3c6JERA

Car owner explodes at valet driver and terminates his services mid-trip for beating the red light

TL;DR – A valet service turns sour for a car owner as her valet driver beats a set of red lights, and she loses all cool when he tries to attempt to do it a second time. Turn up your audio for this one.   Adulting After having a couple of drinks, if you drove to your destination, the responsible adult thing to do would be to call a valet service to pick you up and drive you home. Which is what this car owner did. But I would say her experience with the valet service was less than satisfactory and borderline horrific. The video Watch the 1min 16second video to understand what I mean. Red light 1 In the early seconds of the video, you’ll notice that the car beats a set of red lights. If the light had just turned from amber to red, I would have given the driver the benefit of the doubt. However, it’s evident that there was more than enough time to stop, but he didn’t. Even the owner of the car could sense something was going awry. Red light 2 Now I’m going to try and translate the conversation (to the best of my ability) for the non-mandarin speaking readers when the valet driver tries to beat the second set of red lights. We then hear the owner slam the door as she gets out to head over to the driver’s seat (presumably). Here’s the original post by the owner of the car which has gone viral. Online chatter I would not like to be on the receiving end of that shelling.     -------- Thinking of selling your car? sgCarMart Quotz guarantees the highest selling price for your car. Lane-splitting between two vehicles? Don't be like this biker with no common sense

For the uninitiated, you may be wondering why do riders practice lane-splitting? Well, at least according to riders, lane-splitting is a safer way of riding.  However, what many riders are unaware of is that lane-splitting is only safer if performed PRUDENTLY. Watch this video to see how this rider's practice of lane-splitting put himself in great danger: Notoriously Narrow Lanes This incident occurred along the Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE) towards Seletar Expressway (SLE). We are all aware of how narrow the two lanes are for all those who have travelled along the bend featured in the video.  Furthermore, the high heavy vehicle traffic along this route makes it even more hazardous to navigate around this bend.  As such, motorists often practice extra caution when travelling along this route.  What happened? Within seconds of the video, a motorcyclist is seen riding in between slow-moving vehicles. While in between 2 vehicles, the rider seemed to have panic-braked due to his inability to squeeze through successfully.  This resulted in the rider losing control of his motorcycle and hitting both vehicles to his side. Fortunately for the rider, he managed to avoid being involved in a potential freak accident.  I hope this serves as a learning opportunity for ALL RIDERS to practice lane-splitting PRUDENTLY, no matter how experienced one is.  Netizens' Comments This accident could have been avoided entirely.  Common sense ain't that common after all.  This one ultimate troller.     --- Thinking of selling your car? sgCarMart Quotz guarantees the highest selling price for your car.
