A bus driver fails to stay in his lane and swipes the side of a Mitsubishi Eclipse.

The video starts with the cam car approaching a traffic junction as he drives down MacPherson road.

The driver promptly stops right behind a green SMRT bus in the middle lane. On the right lane, a red Mitsubishi Eclipse patiently waits for the green arrow indicator to light up.

As the light turns green, both the bus and Eclipse start to move forward into the junction.

The bus then makes its right turn, cutting into the path of the red Eclipse.

Upset that he is unable to make his turn, the driver of the car proceeds to spam the horn at the bus, which sounds a lot like a proximity sensor.

The bus driver adamantly continues to make the turn, which led to the gigantic vehicle swiping the left side of the Eclipse.

The video ends with the red car finally making its turn.

Reckless bus drivers

Earlier this year, an SBS bus driver almost collided with another driver after making a reckless right turn at Piccadilly Junction.

The driver was going through the junction as the traffic light turns amber.

Instead of stopping, the bus suddenly makes a right turn, causing the driver to swerve out of the way.

While Singapore has seen its fair share of bus drivers driving recklessly, this incident raises an important question.

Are our current training routines and regulations sufficient for bus drivers or should there be more implemented?

PHVs turn as if they are driving a bus using a very big turn

and bus drivers drive as if they driving a PHVs cut into the next lane.

:D

They need to switch jobs.

Audi driver flaunts his 1-litre turbocharged 'sports car' by revving loudly in the neighbourhood

Imagine it is the weekend, and all you want is to get some rest in your peaceful, quiet and comfortable house before the workweek starts.  BUT NO. In the distance, you hear a low, noisy exhaust burbling sound coming from downstairs your block. And this is what you see: What's the first thought that comes to your mind? Frustration? Anger? Disappointment? You tell me.  What Happened? Apparently, this frustrated Bedok resident managed to take a video of this rowdy Audi driver that has constantly disturbed the estate's peace.  From afar or a single glance, the car's quad exhaust makes it appear as though the driver is driving an RS3, S3, or even a "Quattro tuned" Audi Sportback.  If it were any of those cars, the noisy exhaust would have been understandable.  But wait, here comes the twist: That "sports car" is none other than a 1-litre A3 Sportback. Putting Things Into Perspective The Audi A3 1-Litre Sportback has 114BHP and 200 Nm of torque, with 9.9 seconds for its 0 - 100km/h timing.  And the fact that a noisy aftermarket exhaust is equipped to this ordinary car definitely poses as an annoyance to Bedok residents.  Worse still, it pops and bangs even when its speed is <20km/h.  So do you think this Audi A3 has an illegal or LTA approved exhaust? Do you think his exhaust system is "operated"?  Netizens' Comments Sooner or later his car sure kena tow to the workshop. What's the point of stretching a 1-Litre engine to its limit? Damn, that escalated quickly.      ======== Receive a $10 PayNow transfer for every submission we publish on Facebook! Simply WhatsApp us ➡️ https://bit.ly/3c6JERA

Stupid or ignorant? Mercedes driver films himself speeding and post it online for the world to see

Not gonna lie; Mercedes does have some sick, sporty-looking instrument clusters in their cars. But don't get me wrong, driving a Mercedes Coupe with a sporty-looking instrument cluster is not equivalent to driving a sports car. Watch this video to find out what I mean by that:  What Happened This 15-second video seemed to be originally posted on the Mercedes driver's Instagram story. In the video, the driver performs a "launch control" upon the traffic light turning green.  With all the fancy instrument clusters of his car, you would assume that he is driving a Mercedes sports car. But here is the anti-climatic part: It took the driver exactly 11 seconds to get from 0-101km/h. (That is equivalent to a Honda Civic's 0-100km/h timing) I mean, a Honda Vezel Hybrid could probably outrun his Mercedes C180 Coupe in a 0 to 100km/h race EFFORTLESSLY. But do you see Honda Vezel drivers taking video of themselves "launching" their cars? NOPE.  Before the video ended, the driver could be seen hitting a speed of 118km/h.  License Kantong Already Let's give him the benefit of the doubt and assume the speed limit of that stretch of road is 70km/h; the driver still exceeded the speed limit by 48km/h. Also, don't forget the driver's usage of his mobile phone to capture this priceless moment.  According to the Road Traffic Act, exceeding the vehicular speed limit by 41 to 50km/h will result in 12 demerit points and prosecution in court.  Furthermore, using a mobile device while driving will result in 12 demerit points and a fine not exceeding $1,000 or imprisonment of up to 6 months or both (1st-time offenders).  Well, that is 24 demerit points and a court date just for that 15-second video. The driver's stupidity is pretty darn amazing.  Netizens' Comments Straight up facts. I doubt he can take corners and use his phone to film simulateneously🤐
Wah, you didn't have to do him dirty like that.     ======== Receive a $10 PayNow transfer for every submission we publish on Facebook! Simply WhatsApp us ➡️ https://bit.ly/3c6JERA

Watch this Mercedes C200 driver ruthlessly run over a Deliveroo rider at a red light

Disclaimer: The use of the word 'ruthlessly' in the title refers to the action of the driver running over the stationary rider and not the driver's intention. We do not assume or imply that the driver intended to cause hurt. Last night (Oct 3), a Mercedes C200 driver caused a major accident along Elias Road, resulting in traffic delays. After watching this clip, I was in shock. To think that someone could simply run over another person without even slowing down sends chills down my spine. Furthermore, it was clear that the lights in the junction had just turned red and that other vehicles were slowing down as they entered. Let's break down what happened in this shocking video. The video starts by showing the camcar and other vehicles slowing down and stopping at a traffic junction. The lights had just turned red, except for those who were intending to turn right. On the left, a Deliveroo rider waits patiently for the light as he watches a couple cross the junction. Just as the couple nearly reaches the other end of the road, a speeding Mercedes C200 ploughs down the rider, which sends him flying off his motorcycle. The couple turns around and looks back in horror as they realised what had just happened.  A few minutes later, an ambulance arrives on the scene to rush the food delivery rider and the Mercedes driver to the hospital.  There were photographs that showed the amount of damage the car had received from the impact. Netizens' reactions While most sent their well wishes to the food delivery rider, many netizens were upset with the careless actions of the Mercedes driver. We send our well wishes to the Deliveroo rider and hope that he will have a speedy recovery! Hopefully, justice will be served and that the Mercedes driver gets the appropriate punishment for doing something so reckless.    ------------ Thinking of selling your car? sgCarMart Quotz guarantees the highest selling price for your car. GTA Trilogy launched early in Singapore: Featuring a hysterical Mitsubishi driver, tons of traffic police and more...

There's a distinct line between fantasy and reality.  Unfortunately, one driver simply cannot draw the line between them.  Watch how this driver continues "playing" Grand Theft Auto in the streets of Geylang: What happened?  In the dashcam video, all may seem normal at first, except for the Mitsubishi Lancer, who seems to be acting impatiently. Seconds later, two traffic police came along riding on their bikes with their blinkers on.  The first traffic police officer rode past the Mitsubishi Lancer while the other stopped at his rear.  This is where shit starts to happen. The Mitsubishi driver started reversing out of the blue, hitting the traffic police officer at his rear.  Despite being hit by the Mitsubishi, the traffic police officer still attempted to stop the car by chasing it on foot. Ignoring the impact of the accident and the commands from the traffic police officer, the driver of the Mitsubishi Lancer refused to stop. Instead, he made an illegal U-Turn and commenced his escape.  What was going on in his head vs What actually happened Close enough. The Arrest Not to anyone's surprise, the driver was arrested eventually.  How many wanted stars do you think he earned for performing this stunt of his? Netizens' Comments It is a rental car, no wonder can drive so recklessly. This law must obey no matter what🤐 Much appreciation to that traffic police officer, I hope he is recovering well!!     ----------------------- Thinking of selling your car? sgCarMart Quotz guarantees the highest selling price for your car.
