I am scared of electronic brakes - if someone hacks and remotely disconnects the circuit how?

Convention brake easier.  Cut brake line.

Yeah just messaged a workshop mechanic and he said need to use some machine to bleed.

The risk is there, not sure if any workshop out there changing to SSBH have the appropriate tools/machine for the bleeding and with the correct set of OEM data.
