Helix HXS 136 Component set

Anyone out there using Helix HXS 136? Is this model a good buy at $160? Is Helix a good brand even for their low end range? Please comment. Thanks!

For $160, what can u ask for? I audited it before, good price for such a product

Helix last time quite expensive. Dont know why price drop so much now.

 

I paid almost 4k wif helix speakers & crossovers a few years back. I love the clear sound and wide dynamic range as I listen to classical.

check see where its made in.. the old ones are made in germany.. the new ones are made in china.. if made in china, do consider other speakers..

Mine are all Germany made. Crossovers & speakers lagi heavy even for their small size.

i'm also using helix.. the older precision series.. very good SQ speakers, but lackin a lot of midbass(IMHO, cos i'm an SPL person).. got it last min.. but its DAMM REFINE MAN!.. but too bad i more into SPL.. heheh.. wanna convert it into room speakers .. but mine much much cheaper than urs.. heheh..
