7750 HU - bad reception ??

anyone uses 7750 wif flucating reception? seems like the reception drops e moment i drive off... if i am stationary its very clear ... on e move can hear intermitten static. the anterna plug behind HU is tight not loose.. any other possible reasons?

I use a 7750 before. indeed, the radio reception is quite bad as compare to my stock or my present clarion HU.

 

Maybe it is because of the super tuner? too sensitive liao.

 

there is also some setting for sensitivity of the radio reception(call LOC or something like dat), maybe can try to set.

how to chk anterna? mine is built in at rear windscreen... the plug to HU is firmly secured. is there any other connections? [smallcry][shocked]

so those type behind the rear view mirror is better? humm... how to tell which anterna is gd? any tried n tested ones? [;)]

I think its your antennna also.

I installed for my fren's car, reception is better than Alpine 9853 and 9855 confirm.

Alpine reception for FM radio really cannot make it.

My HU of Alphine 9853 reception not better than my Kenwood stock unit. Is it true Alphine FM reception is bad?
