Lokturne Neutral Newbie January 22, 2006 Share January 22, 2006 PO85RD3.01 is the OEM version of IP. The more common (American) version of IP is PO91L. A few of their polishes are also labelled as Final Finish.

King 1st Gear January 22, 2006 Share January 22, 2006 bro, can tell me or pm me what so good about this product?
Garlic 1st Gear January 22, 2006 Author Share January 22, 2006 Long story short, PO85RD is able to bring a well prepped surface to another level. Read more abt it @ http://www.autopia.org
Garlic 1st Gear January 22, 2006 Author Share January 22, 2006 Yep, some products like HGAS and FMJ are formulated/made in USA and then labeled as Menzerna. Menzerna(Germany) does not make them and its not included in the spec sheet below. More info abt Menzerna's German range, http://www.menzerna.de/files/E_Polish.pdf The local distributor brings in the German products only.
Garlic 1st Gear January 22, 2006 Author Share January 22, 2006 Intensive polish and final finish....are the the same as the old sold everywhere IP and FPII? They are not the same, "Intensive Polish" and "Final Polish" are actually sub-groups of the Menzerna range. There are products with different code names under this sub-group, see the PDF file I posted for more info. I was a little confused intially too. The following labels were taken from both my bottles. Lukie102 Clutched January 22, 2006 Share January 22, 2006 what's the diff then? i m ordering the 7" pads as the meguirs 6.5" doesnt work well on my ryobi. sponge disintegrating
Garlic 1st Gear January 22, 2006 Author Share January 22, 2006 (edited) As far as I know, the USA range(FMJ, FTG, HGAS, FPII, etc) is not made by Menzerna but another company and then labeled as a Menzerna product. The packing is also different from the Germany range. Besides that, PO85RD can be used on ceramic clear coats. Have no problems with my Meguiar's pads, how soon did the foam pad started falling apart? Attached are some pics of my Menzerna cutting/polishing pad, its stiffer and shapped differently(as compared to Meguiar's yellow foam polishing pad). Menzerna's finishing pad is orange in colour, both white and orange pad comes in 2 sizes. Price wise, its abt the same as Meguiar's(below $20). Lukie102 Clutched January 22, 2006 Share January 22, 2006 very fast. 2nd use. seems like the plate is cutting the pad as it sinks down. like too heavy. i ordered 2 menzerna pads but have problem going down to collect. ↡ Advertisement
