245 and 275 is minimum width, so should be fine those tyre widths with your width rims. 

I warn you though - the lower profile your tyre, the greater chance of kerbing them, which was your first concern. 

Ride comfort is going to be compromised too. Really your call.

Hi All,

Any lug nuts to recommend that fit in OZ Hyper GT HLT rim? The nut holes seems small. Was wondering eg.. like Works or Ray Engineering nuts can fit?

Depends on the car as well. 

The car brand and model helps to distinguish the type of nut (thread size, nut width etc). 

Then also need to work out what type of seat the wheel is. At least most aftermarket wheels I know come with cone seat.

We have the same tyre and rim combo, except mine are 45 profile.

 

Actually I feel it looks "puffy" due to the design of F1A5 having a rounder sidewall and shoulder, as compared to the PS4.
