Root Neutral Newbie April 18, 2006 Share April 18, 2006 ya i also read those good review so decided to try. But IMO klasse don't work well on light colours. It does work well on darker colour. We tested it on my fren ride which is black. I think i'll give this up soon and pass the balance to my fren and go test another good review products
Fourth 2nd Gear April 18, 2006 Share April 18, 2006 All brands can do limited to silver cars, as compared to darker coloured cars. This not a weakness of Klasse. The down side of silver car is that they do not shine regardless of how many coats you give (relative to black cars). However, the good side of it, is that it still look okay after not washing for many days. Black cars will look real messy after 2-3 rain sessions. Viper76 2nd Gear April 19, 2006 Share April 19, 2006 which is a good brand for polishing white color cars? Currently looks yellowish...need to polish up and let it shine....
Burgerdog Neutral Newbie April 19, 2006 Share April 19, 2006 I had a few spots on my white car that was yellowish too. Used Klasse AIO and it was gone. Perhaps you can try it. Or you can try to get the new product from bro Gen2 (Jeff Werkstatt: Prime). Think it works like AIO and supossedly better! I haven't tried it out yet, but there seems to be many who are satisfied with the results. I'll be getting the products to try soon.
Knight 1st Gear June 1, 2006 Share June 1, 2006 I have been trying various polishes, waxes, polymer, etc that give that 'wet' look. But I have yet see one that give a deep 'wet' look. The shine are either deep, but not that shiny or very shiny look 'superficial'. Btw, is there one that gives a truely 'wet' look? It will be nice to hear about your own experiences on those listed and those which are not in the list.... Hi I have the same quest too Have tried some products which were suggested in this forum - just on wax itself; 1. Authentic Excellent Carnauba Wax (light yellowish paste) 2. Turtle High Gloss Liquid Wax (white liquid cream) 3. Turtle Liquid ICE (transparent oily liquid) The last product was tried on a few panels earlier today The feeling is really smooth. So smooth that even lizards slides off It looks WET and SMOOTH. Maybe it helped with a layer of Carnauba Wax already done beneath. When applying, the liquid looks like oil and spreads over surface easily. Very little of liquid is needed for a section of application. The liquid is not like conventional wax feel. Maybe I havent tried enough products to give good comparisons. Hope others can chip in. http://www.turtlewax.com/ice/product%20info.html Cheers tt liq ice
