Sujoy Neutral Newbie March 28, 2006 Share March 28, 2006 Anyone knows the specs and FC of this ride? ↡ Advertisement
Renegade Neutral Newbie March 28, 2006 Share March 28, 2006 If I remember correctly, it's the 16v 1.4 with 75bhp running a 5-speed manual. Those in S'pore were brought in with Stella trim (manual aircon, no folding mirrors, power windows in front, no cruise control). Official consumption figures were around 12km/ltr combined. Other miscellaneous figures include 2517mm wheelbase, 300-odd litre boot, 5x100 pcd wheels with 35 offsets and a really cool boot opening mechanism now found in the new Golf and Passat. Jhoo Neutral Newbie March 29, 2006 Share March 29, 2006 itch...itch..., the 1.3OMV last till oct.. struggling away from wifey "wish" of MPV... any luck at your end?
Mel4fun Neutral Newbie March 29, 2006 Share March 29, 2006 Err Jhoo, I thought you are still carrying the SEAT torch ....... ..... so fast sway by the choices ???
Fluffy Clutched March 30, 2006 Share March 30, 2006 Wish looks nice from outside, sleek and all, but really disappointing inside. It is a spartan car, with space in the last row for midgets. being spoilt silly by tody, you won't believe how bare the car is, not to mention the materials used. was gonna get one until i tried one at the showroom. For MPV, either the Mazda 5 or Edix are good choices. for me, will be keeping tody. If you sell yours, remember to sell me your R badge leh, can add 10bhp! Mel4fun Neutral Newbie March 31, 2006 Share March 31, 2006 Heh heh ... priority changes as we move on. Nevermind, at least you had a fling with the Spainish gal .... (good & bad experiences) so moving on to Japs ...... arhem
Jhoo Neutral Newbie March 31, 2006 Share March 31, 2006 the riddle: Jap -> Spanish -> Jap -> Spanish -> Spanish -> ??? Its seems more than a fling, but not serious enough to be complete devotion Bigger sedan vs MPV
Mel4fun Neutral Newbie March 31, 2006 Share March 31, 2006 Pesonnally I'm not a MPV person. So I'll still vote for saloon car. . . . BUT, with the exception of :- . . . . . Odessey ....... big enough to satisfy family needs, and drive like a saloon car. PS - My wife hinting that should be the next ride....sianz 1/
Renegade Neutral Newbie April 4, 2006 Share April 4, 2006 Wot? No great-value-for-space Grand Voyager (the all American broad) ?
Mel4fun Neutral Newbie April 4, 2006 Share April 4, 2006 Did you by any chance refer to the thirsty-gas-guzzling-big&clumsy-3L-V6 monster from the Yanks ??? . . . . . . not unless I'm having a Basket team in my charge .... heh heh ...
Renegade Neutral Newbie April 7, 2006 Share April 7, 2006 Well, if you DID ramp up you, er, personal productivity, you may actually end up wita basketball team in your charge And, yes, I was refering to THAT one. It's either that or the XXL-sized Toyota Alphard, one of which nearly ran me of the road this morning for being too small. Pity they don't have a bling-you-to-death 7-seater version of the Dodge Magnum (a.k.a. Chrysler 300C wagon) tho'... ↡ Advertisement
