Where did Spray Painting Shops got their paints from?

I've been searching low and high, up and down for the colour code EVO. Cant find leh.. Lolz.. Anybody have any idea whu is the distributor or some sort for such paint colours?

 

P.S: EVO is Champagne for Sunny. =)

Different car manufacturers have diffent colour codes as the paints though similar may have very slight variations in the mixture.

 

Any good bodyshop would be able to match the colour, but incase you're going el-cheapo, the code will be on the info plate thats in the engine bay (usually on the top radiator support).

Nono.. I knwo where and how to find the codings and all... I'm just thinking where do spray painting shops get the paints from. Haha..

depands lah. there are differnt types of automotive paints.

 

I believe that the source is local or in the region as most paints from so called developed countries are very exp. At trade rates in melb, for a high quality paint from local manufacturers, it can be in excess of $250 per litre, $500 to $800 per litre of v.high quality paint.
