Food court is crowded and got problem finding a table. so crowded and people pushing here and there. after the fireworks comes the headache. imagine hundred of cars leaving the carpark at the same time [sweatdrop]

The marvel of firework is, at times, equate to the spectacular threads people start on some subject. [:p]

At times, it's the process that is to be enjoyed, at times, it's the oppportunity to be together in a much confined space with someone you enjoy that you tend to ignore those inconvenience associated with it. at times, it's just that there's too many time on hand, so people can afford to waste it.. there's plenty of reason why.

Or maybe why people tend to buy Car A when Car B is term to be better? reason: everyone on the road or carpark shows that Car A is the most, so can't be wrong when everyone is having it.

or maybe another aspect which buffles me is that million and million of people can waste hours and hours of sleep just to watch 20 people running round chasing round a ball while another 2 try to stop it!!!

Guys,

I don't understand this. what is it that is so fascinating about fireworks? Is it Sporeans are so deprived of entertainment that they are willing to stuck in jams, stuck in public transport, walk miles and miles, just for that 5-15 minutes of fireworks?

I really don't get it. What is so interesting about some spluttering lights in the air? [hur]

I love it because I see them full view at my balcony everytime. [nod] To me it is really FOC.

exactly. Just go to Msia, buy a few packets of Moon thunder and flower rockets, bunch them and light them together in a coke bottle and you have your own fireworks. And you can play as long as you want.

Really don't understand the logic of rushing to see fireworks here. Not that it was even spectacular.

and going to M'sia don't have jam? and other inconvenience associated with it?

I was at the floating platform to see the fireworks show on friday..

jam at ECP, all the way. jam at carpark, jam inside carpark... Think i idled at the entrance for almost 20mins. [sweatdrop]

Show was kinda disappointing. so-called synchronised was off from the music a few times, seems like the fireworks timing was constantly adjusted back to track. It did match the music for awhile though, and the variety wasn't bad.

Also, there were a couple of fireworks that launched and hit the tall metal post, and a few also hit each other as they crossed paths. How accurate is that! [rolleyes]
