I could achieve 400 +/- 30 with the needle at half tank, depending if I switch on the aircon. After the half tank mark, the needle will drop at an alarming rate. Fortress Clutched August 30, 2006 Share August 30, 2006 That's usual. First of all, the tank is a inverted trapezoidal shape, the top is larger, due to the design of the rear car seat. Hence, a faster rate of consumption when it is half and below, and you can pump more like you have described. This is due to the fact that the markers are not designed exactly to half in terms of volume but to the height of the tank, it is supposed to be used as a guide and not a measurement.
