Got a friend looking to buy s used parf car - preferably not too much above paper value.

 

He's looking for a good price so repossessed cars would most probably be cheaper than dealer mark ups right.

 

Any idea how does one look for repo deals.

btw they say that is just an indicative price - meaning to say usually the winning bid is or can quite often be lower right.
