NTUC Motor Insurance - Distributor Workshop

I was told that NTUC has this Comprehensive policy that allows drivers to go back to Distributor workshop for repairs. Unlike in the past, drivers are limited to their authorised workshop for repairs. Anyone has any experiences with this policy?

4 year back kana accident, go back AD repair took 5 weeks.

they do allow you to go back to AD, but the premium you pay is super high. worth or not? you decide after making comparasion.

Previously on NTUC cos its the cheapest.

Had 2 accidents in a year, but both claimed other party and repair all done in AD.

On renewal, they again offered the lowest premium to me leh.

AXA quotes me 950. AIG quotes me 850. NTUC quotes me 690 for Distributor Workshop.

ntuc has the largest mkt share. 1 reason is because of the low premiums,somemore can pay by installments too. hard to beat this type of offer.

They also insure any car that other insurance don't want to insure. I think a lot COE cars are under them.

 

If you kenna past accident with very high claim, you will love NTUC. Other insurer will turn you away like parasites.
