I saw one with GBA plate. It had a back row of seats with 3 point seat belts. It is quite worth it for that price.

Did anyone seen the Pin****e ad in classified ads last saturday? They are bringing in a Suzuki model called Every. The price is $22,988 with guaranteed COE!!! Wah so cheap? Thats means OPC will be $5988!

From the pix of the ad and thru google i think it's a commercial van based vehicle but still the price is [shocked][shocked]

The ad. Sorry for the low res phone image...

Strangely enough the pix on suzuki website has slightly different design..

Mod potential...

It could be that

1. Price is for commercial vehicle

2. Price of a OPC

This is a Kei car and Japan is selling the 22k version u see on the papers as a Every Wagon. I have a catalogue of all Wagons/Hatches/MPV/SUV bought in Japan last yr. The Every is sold as a mini kei class MPV.

The one I saw was parked at the roadside next to the Hong Lim Food Centre. It looks a bit dated, but I think it's good as a economical utility vehicle.

so its under

1) LGV (light goods vehicles)....$400 road tax(since petrol version)

OR

2) GPV (goods cum passenger vehicle)....$950 road tax(since mentioned that there is back row of seats with 3 point seat belts)

coz i noe GBA plate can be either one of these 2 catergory...

anyone has any idea??

Is the rd tax fixed at $950 for GPV vehicles? or calculated to engine cc?

cos the cute van is oni 660cc...

going by standard car rates, the annual rd tax would oni be 400+...
