S hit 12 minutes from first guard post to when the video stopped is very very fast indeed. Not possible for a car o do that.

uhm... obviously the car (an Evo9, apparently) in the video did that in 12min. And it did not sound like the driver was red-lining it (prob to manage heat). Wld have been slightly faster if not for the pockets of traffic en route to the top.

night time has cooler air and will help also heat management, which is v important for a TC car. Both my current car and previous car cannot cheong all the way up in the afternoon cos either the ATF (previous car) or water temp (current car) will overheat [shakehead] But there's a marked difference when doing night drive [bounce1]

amazingly, it seems the evo9 was stopped at the end of the vid - without doing a cool down lap. [sweatdrop]

I am quite certain it's not a car. Watch the highlight and the way he squeezed between cars.

The vid stopped, not he stopped.

The timing for nite driving is faster with less traffic. I have drove up in the nites several times.

what highlight? or u meant headlight? nothing wrong there.

squeezing at some points is tight for a car but not impossible for a good & confident driver. And too much space for a bike LOL (edit: see 2:04 for tight squeeze by the white car in front)

and I suppose the clearly visible E9 bonnet is CGI by Industrial light & magic?

at the end of the vid, the vehicle was clearly coming to a stop...

can also hear a short conversation at 16:43 mark... maybe added in post-production too? :P

ok lah... entertain your train of thought and also assume a gyro cam was used..... sorry i dunno enough abt bikes to comment..... any biker-enthusiast wanna comment if the exhaust note sound like any bike? and if it can take tight corners (example at 8:07) as fast as the vid and open throttle so early when exiting the corner? (IMO if it was a bike in a hurry then the straightline speed & acceleration are too low while the cornering speed is relatively amazing...)

if I dare say, just because u don't know anyone that can, don't assume no one can.... [lipsrsealed]

The light on the road in front of the vehicle appeared to be from one head light.

Ha ha you can tell it's a car without need for some much explanation. At the start of the vid, you could see the car's wipers.

Turbocharged

Thinking of making a trip up this Vesak day week. I know the theme park has closed, and I don't gamble. What else is interesting up there besides the cold weather? Last time I went was few years ago.

I am also making a trip there during Vesak. :P

Are you going up with family, kids? The outdoor themepark is closed. ITs only left with a few miserable indoor rides which will also be closed for renovation in June 2014. Besides just the Casino, there is really nothing much left. Of course if you intend to just go for a short R&R to enjoy the weather, I think its still ok. Ultimately its the company that matters usually.

I usually stay at Theme Park hotel and parked at Resort Hotel. This time round I will be staying at First World, where can I park my car? Is there a MSCP? I saw a carpark entrance that says Members, I have a silver card, so can I park?
