On sale in the spring of 2008, the 1 Series Coupe will be available in two versions; the 128i and the 135i.

 

Powered by a 3.0-liter, 230 horsepower inline 6-cyinder engine that generates 200 lb-ft of torque, the 128i Coupe will feature Valvetronic valvetrain management and aluminum/magnesium contruction

Nice, but think engine too big for a small car...they should have smaller cc and the $$$ would be lower too.

definitely not cheap lor.. 3.0L ... about 190k to 200k if it make it here...

I always thought the 1 series is the entry level series...looks like big change in their strategy...

 

I agree with the other bro that the capacity should be kept low and it should appeal to the mass market. A 1.6L version perhaps...

dun u think the rear lights look much like the old hyundai elantra? the model before the "cateye".

go for the normal 1 series lor... got 116 mah... bhp selling it at $115K
