EBay sale is a sale, court rules

If the auction is conducted via ebay, you can file for a dispute and within the next seven days, if there is no reply from buyer, then apply for a strike on the buyer. With two strikes the buyer will be eventually de-registered.Alternatively back list the buyer so that he or she will not be able to bid for your items without yr permission.

If you want to attract bidders with very low price listing, it is best to protect yr self with a reserve price ( the lowest possible price acceptable to you). Alternatively you can built -in some of yr indirect costs into Handling charges.

Have not have a look at the seller's rating, maybe he is new to the auction game or he is just not sure of the market potential of that old fighter plane.Apparently he was also conducting private dealing while the bidding is still on.This type of behaviour is very common among spore bidders and sellers. Many new buyers and sellers just jump into the auction wagon without doing their homework on the rules and regulations and the indirect costs involved.
