NTUC sues agent over error in insurance pay-out

Being such a huge company, with a huge legal panel behind them, they are sure to know if they will win in court

 

treat customers so badly (at mentioned in this forum) and bring staff to court

 

what is happening

 

isn't this company was set up for the common people

 

I am many insurance policies with NTUC ... am I screwed or what

 

 

please do give some encouraging words or wisdom

this type of company also have. sue their own staff even though they not at fault.

I think this is their internal problem. You should not worry too much about. You could be at the losing end if you terminate your policies with them.

maybe because the other 'brands' agents are simply too annoying and persistent.

 

i find NTUC agents simply bo chaup, so maybe thats why. reverse psychology.

Aunty Lucy agents is being paid the least commission and run the risk of being sue by company. I think the recruitment drive for agents will just die off.A lot of uncle and auntie will pity them and buy from them loh to pay the court fee in the future.That why, a lot pple still buy their policy.

You can pay your insurance and road tax by installments, but you have to get 1 year road tax. I don't think other insurance companies are letting you pay by installments. Anybody know otherwise?

it is because they are everywhere in the heartland..more accessible to the heartlanders.buying policies from them is like gg NTUC to buy groceries..although it might not be the best deal.

 

their agents some like auntie2 and uncle2..so guess its easier to talk to them then some agents...

i assume also huge market share

 

 

why insurance cost from them are still not cheaper than other companies

 

 

 

as for life insurance

 

you cannot test if they will pay what they claim unless you are sick or dead

 

any other way of testing them insurance

 

 

many people who have made claims will not be available for public consumption

 

therefore how to know perhaps for some complain cases
