Have you considered the turducken from goodwood park hotel?. Not sure if they have it this year; it was available last year. Chicken-in-a-Duck-in-a-Turkey ...

wow..that sounds quite complex...dun even want to know what goes to what!

 

just looking for nice good traditional ones...

Actually, it's all deboned. So basically like a 3 layered ham. slice it up and eat.

 

But yeah... it's only a novelty thing ... not really that traditional.=)
